These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of our digital gift registry website. By using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

Use of Our Website:

Our website provides a platform for creating and managing gift registries. You may use our website to create a gift registry for any event, including weddings, birthdays, baby showers, and more. You may also use our website to contribute to gift registries created by others.

Cash Payouts:

Our digital gift registry website does not allow cash payouts, except for amounts not more than KES 10,000. If a user insists on cash payout, we may refund to all contributors less transaction fees that we may encounter.

Partially Purchased Items:

If an item on the gift registry is not fully purchased, the user will be given a chance to redirect the funds to other items on the registry or top up so as to fully purchase the item.

Out of Stock Items:

In the rare case that an item that has been fully purchased goes out of stock before the event, we will engage the user to identify a worthy alternative of similar value or refund only the money contributed to the specific item that is out of stock.

Unintended Transactions:

In case of an unintended transaction, we will refund the money to the sender (not to any other number) within 12 hours of investigations being completed.

Prohibited Activities:

You are prohibited from using our website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, including but not limited to:

• Using stolen credit card information to make purchases on the gift registry.
• Posting content that is illegal, offensive, or defamatory.
• Attempting to hack into our website or steal information.

Intellectual Property:

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, and logos, are the property of our website and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without our express written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

Our website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our website or the information, content, materials, or products included on our website.

Limitation of Liability:

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Kenya.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify our users of any significant changes to the Terms and Conditions, and their continued use of our website will indicate their agreement to the updated Terms and Conditions.
